What shipping couriers do you use?

We ship all orders by USPS.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
US:  First Class Mail 3-7 days; Parcel Post 7-12 days.
Canada:  First Class International 10-20 days.
International:  First Class International at least 15-20 days and sometimes it can take up to a month or so due to delays at the customs. 

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns of merchandise in its original condition with original packaging and tags attached within 7 days of receipt. You may return items at your own cost. Please contact us with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA number on eligible items you are wishing to return. The RMA number must be included in your return package in order to receive a proper refund or replacement.

The following items are non-refundable:
  •  - Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  •  - Items marked as final sale
  •  - Items that have been used or worn
  •  - Items missing their original packaging and/or tags

  • Please note that customers must return items at their own cost. Shipping fee is not refundable.
