When can I expect my order to ship?We always ship orders within 1-2 business day.

What shipping couriers do you use?We ship all orders by USPS.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
US: First Class Mail 3-7 days; Parcel Post 7-12 days.
Canada: First Class International 10-20 days.
International: First Class International at least 15-20 days and sometimes it can take up to a month or so due to delays at the customs.
We are happy to accept returns of merchandise in its original condition with original packaging and tags attached within 7 days of receipt. You may return items at your own cost. Please contact us with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA number on eligible items you are wishing to return. The RMA number must be included in your return package in order to receive a proper refund or replacement.
The following items are non-refundable:If you received any damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to file a claim.
Please note that customers from outside of US must return items at their own cost.
